Ol' Gringo Chile Company is located in Las Cruces, NM-near the heart of famous New Mexico chile country. In August and September of every year you can smell fresh chile roasting outside grocery stores and in back yards. As far as the eye can see, fields of green chile are turning red.

Please note, in order to purchase our jarred products, you must order them by the case (12 jars). However, feel free to mix and match the different jars any way you like, provided they equal 1 or more cases (e.g. 12 jars, 24 jars, etc.).
